House-Call Psychiatry

Care brought directly to you

House-call appointments are available in Summerlin, Summerlin West, and select Las Vegas-area communities.
Availability is based on location, scheduling, and geographic routing. For patients within our primary service area, new patient psychiatric evaluations are generally conducted as house-call appointments. An in-home evaluation allows Dr. Penn to develop a more comprehensive understanding of your symptoms, treatment history, medications, functional status, and individual treatment goals in a familiar setting.

Service Duration Fee
New Patient Psychiatric Evaluation 60 minutes $275
Standard Psychiatry Follow-Up 30 minutes $150
Extended Psychiatry Follow-Up 45 minutes $200
Telehealth Psychiatry

Secure care from anywhere in Nevada

Secure telehealth appointments are available to appropriate patients located in Nevada at the time of service.
Telehealth appointments are available for established patients and, in select circumstances, for new patients when clinically appropriate or when an in-person evaluation is not feasible.

Service Duration Fee
*New Patient Psychiatric Evaluation 60 minutes $250
Standard Psychiatry Follow-Up 30 minutes $140
Extended Psychiatry Follow-Up 45 minutes $185

*Telehealth evaluations are available on a case-by-case basis and may not be appropriate for every patient or clinical situation.

The most appropriate appointment format may vary based on clinical needs. Some patients may benefit from a combination of house-call and telehealth care over time.
